Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Acts as the primary lead for specific end-user computing projects or support areas. Participates in all aspects of the configuration, deployment and operation of the desktop. Understands business area needs and applies technical understanding to the development of proposals and solutions involving desktop and telecommunications.

Assists in the development of estimates and plans to ensure all infrastructure hardware and software are adequately installed, tested, and documented. Develops and executes detailed work plans to install and upgrade operating systems and other software components relating to servers, network components, desktops and other aspects of infrastructure.

Provides support to key corporate Information Technology solutions including e-mail, domain administration, mobile and peripheral devices, etc. Responds to IT service tickets within timeframes outlined in service level agreements, communicates updates as required and engages internal associates positively to provide great client service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, certifications are strongly desired.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of desktop support experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with one or more of: Microsoft suite of products, desktop/end-user computing support, iOS, application or desktop virtualization, centralized desktop management tools and anti-virus administration.
• Ability to engage and communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server/Terminal Server administration preferred
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Technical Competencies
• Solid understanding of Microsoft fundamentals.
• Proficiency in the installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and other aspects of infrastructure.

The HR Analytics Senior Specialist in the Portfolio Management function is expected to:

Execute integrated talent analytics activities for HR, including program evaluation, talent management and assessment. Meet with stakeholders on a regular basis to proactively identify gaps and opportunities in the HR data solutions space.

Assist with building a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout HR. Help roll out new HR deliverables to stakeholders to educate and gather feedback Partner closely with the HR BI team by bringing in user perspectives into the process of planning, designing and launching HR solutions Participate in conversations with stakeholders to draw meaningful insights and co-create impactful action items.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with HR data for reporting and analytics
• Understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Ability to analyze data and interpret trends and make recommendations based on data
• Experience working with MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Tableau experience preferred
• Ability to work in a project-based environment with deadlines
• Demonstrated consultative abilities, combined with a track record of having built effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups at various levels
• Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable goals

We are looking for a talented intern to assist the content creation and marketing teams with shooting and editing our training and marketing videos and coming up with ideas to help our video production process bigger and better. Some of these videos will be used for our website and social media accounts. Due to the covid-19 restrictions, this job will be done remotely for the foreseeable future. Please note that this position is unpaid. We can provide school credit, if needed.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operation of cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices. Shooting and editing training and marketing videos. Assisting the company in other areas when not editing or shooting Learning and use new trends for marketing purposes in order to engage the audience. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with great professionalism. Must be able to recommend new tools, processes and layout for video production and marketing.

Requirements:

• Passionate about video production
• Available to work at least 20 hours/week.
• Must be very organized and be able to take initiative.
• Ability to interact professionally.
• Should ideally have at least a year of experience in both video production and content creation.
