Acts as the primary lead for specific end-user computing projects or support areas. Participates in all aspects of the configuration, deployment and operation of the desktop. Understands business area needs and applies technical understanding to the development of proposals and solutions involving desktop and telecommunications.
Assists in the development of estimates and plans to ensure all infrastructure hardware and software are adequately installed, tested, and documented. Develops and executes detailed work plans to install and upgrade operating systems and other software components relating to servers, network components, desktops and other aspects of infrastructure.
Provides support to key corporate Information Technology solutions including e-mail, domain administration, mobile and peripheral devices, etc. Responds to IT service tickets within timeframes outlined in service level agreements, communicates updates as required and engages internal associates positively to provide great client service.
